Artist & Artist/Band Management
Stone Cliff offers management for Artists/Bands to deal with the day-to-day business of making music. Our managers help the Artist/Band secure opportunities for earning money. They also develop a career plan for the Artist/Band and act as a liaison between record companies, venues and radio stations as well as shield the Artist/Band from business pressures. Our managers do not get paid up front. They only make money if the Artist/Band makes money.

Booking Agents
Stone Cliff also offers booking agents that book the Artist/Band into clubs and other venues. They handle the performance arrangements such as getting you the most for your time from the venue and attending to the details such as what the club is providing and what the Artist/Band needs to bring. They are familiar with the clubs they book Artists/Bands into and are knowledgeable as to where you would make more money and where your music would be appreciated the most. They also get paid like our managers. They only make money if you make money. No upfront fee!

Press Kits
Stone Cliff offers the service of creating your press kit to be sent to clubs, radio stations, magazines etc. We understand that there is a great deal of work to be done in creating a press kit and many options to choose from, too. Our creative staff will help write and design your one-sheet, bio and packaging. We also have photographers to take your photos and print as many as needed. We can duplicate your album for you, design any artwork you need and prepare it for shipping. We also have an extensive database of great contacts in the music business to send your kit to.

Develop The Artist/Band As Its Own Business
We help set the Artist/Band up as a business. There is a lot to take into consideration when it comes to setting up a business and we help you out in making those decisions easier on you. We take care of all tax and business registration forms to give your music the professional side it needs so people take it seriously.

Trademark and Service Mark Registration
Registering the Artist/Band name and/or logo is also very important. When to do it, how to do it and what to do could be a very time-consuming process. Also, it is a complicated process that most Artists/Bands eventually hire an attorney to do. This in turn, costs a lot of money in legal fees. Stone Cliff charges a flat fee to register your name and logo, not an hourly rate.

Label Shopping
One of the most involved and complicated processes for an Artist/Band is getting the music heard by the record labels. Every label has different requirements. Stone Cliff designs and creates submission packages to submit to each label based on the labels' requirements and submission processes. Stone Cliff then sends each kit to the right people at those labels.

Distribution
Stone Cliff is a nation-wide distributor to music stores, both large and small. We take your album (once enough copies are made) and send them out to be sold across the U.S. We take care of all the consignment contracts, shipping, invoicing, etc… with the stores for the albums shipped and sold. We make sure you, the Artist/Band, does not get “ripped off”. Our distribution department works closely with our press and marketing departments to promote your music in that market.
